Ingredients

130 g plant-based flour
500 ml plant-based milk
3-4 tablespoons coconut oil
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon coconut sugar

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and sugar together. Gradually add the plant-based milk while stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Finally, add the plant-based oil and mix everything until smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with coconut oil to prevent the pancake from sticking. Pour a small ladle of batter into the hot pan and spread it evenly by swirling the pan in a circular motion. Cook one side for 1-2 minutes, then flip it and cook the other side until golden brown.

OMA Tip

Fill the finished pancakes with jam or fresh fruits according to your taste. They are best served fresh and warm!
