We Use Biodegradable Tableware

When disposable tableware is required for an event, we exclusively use 100% biodegradable and BPI-certified compostable products, continuing our efforts to reduce waste sent to landfills. We proudly collaborate with companies that provide stylish and sustainable single-use tableware and packaging. These products are made from palm leaves and leftover wood materials, offering environmentally friendly solutions for every event.

We Compost

We are committed to reducing the amount of organic waste that ends up in landfills. As part of our dedication, we compost at every event and location, contributing to environmental protection. Organic waste is one of the largest sources of methane emissions, so instead of sending it to landfills, we direct food scraps and biodegradable materials to proper composting systems, where they break down and turn into nutrients for the soil.

We Create Waste-Free Dishes

Focused on minimizing waste, we use every part of each ingredient, enhancing our creativity while reducing the amount of waste generated. For example, we use broccoli stems and carrot tops—often considered “waste”—to make purees and sauces. Additionally, we dehydrate excess herbs and other “waste” to create vibrant, flavorful powders that we use to season our dishes.
